Implemented Projects
CITI was established in 2014, whose leadership team developed Georgia Health Management Information System in 2009-2014. Since its establishment, the company has implemented a different successful projects, most of which were related to health and social spheres but at the same time projects are related to various sectors of the economy.
Despite the short organizational history, company successfully carried out important IT projects with state, international organizations and private sectors.
The company and its leadership team has implemented following important projects:

Health management information system development for Georgia (HMIS)
System development were carried out by CITI leadership team trough assistance of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within Health System Strengthening Project. Project provided technical assistance to the government of Georgia, to create unified Health Management Information System to improve the ways of data collection, storage, analysis, financing and reporting to support better decision making and enhanced customer services. As a result was developed complex health management information management system with more when forthy electronic modules which manages different business processes in the health system from management of medical service delivery to administration of public funds and channeling financial transactions. HMIS has increased the ability of the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs, its affiliated Agencies, Tbilisi Municipality, Adjara Ministry of Health, to make evidence-based policy and management decisions, improved the efficiency of the health system functions, empowered citizens to make informed decisions about their healthcare. System development enabled Georgia successfully introduce the nation-wide Universal Healthcare Program. HMIS is used almost by all healthcare service providers of Georgia and by all public financial Agents. It is second mostly visited system among governmental electronic systems in the country. System is web-based created using service oriented architecture, which ensures easy information exchange within multiple stakeholders and their systems.
